Return Policy – 14-Day Full Money-Back Guarantee

1. Conditions

We offer a 14-day full money-back guarantee on all products, provided they have not been assembled or used and are returned in their original packaging.

While the product is in your possession, you must not use it beyond what is necessary to assess its suitability and function. If the product is used in excess of this, we regret that we will be unable to offer a refund.

2. Packaging

Please retain all packaging until you are 100% satisfied with your delivery. Any returned items must be sent in their original packaging, or in alternative packaging that offers an equivalent level of protection.

We do not accept any liability for damage incurred during return transit due to inadequate packaging. Items returned without their original packaging will be inspected, and if we determine that the packaging is insufficient or the item has been handled unreasonably, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from your refund to reflect any diminished value.

Please ensure any product is fully disassembled before returning.

3. Returns Process

You will receive a full refund within 14 days of collection, provided the returned items meet the conditions outlined above.

All returns must be:

Once approved and collected, refunds will be processed within 14 days.

5. Please Note:

Items for return must be in their original condition. Items that require assembly must be returned unassembled and undamaged. We are unable to accept any assembled or used product, as it cannot be re-sold to another customer. If you miss your scheduled collection, please note it could take up to 7–14 days to rearrange a new collection date.

Returns After 14 Days (Up to 100 Days)
If you wish to return your product after 14 days but within 100 days, the items must be unused and in their original packaging. A collection fee of £299 will be deducted from your refund.
